returns policy
At giarose, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
2. How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@giarose.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees (including original shipping costs) are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
